What does “prints & ships in 1–2 business days” mean?

Prints & ships in 1–2 business days means we’ll pull your items from our inventory, decorate them and begin the shipping process—all within 48 hours of when you place your order. This does not include the shipping time once it leaves our facility. Business days are defined as Monday–Friday from 8am EST through 5pm EST.

What type of decoration is available with SPRINT?

All SPRINT products are eligible for direct to film (DTF) decoration only. Item decoration is currently limited to a single location per product.

Once I place my order, when can I expect to receive it?

After the initial 1–2-day print & ship, we estimate it will take up to 5 business days for you to receive your order. Shipping time may vary based on seasonality or where you live in the U.S.

We’ll begin to process your order as soon as we receive it.

What type of order updates will I receive?

You’ll receive two email notifications. The first will confirm we’ve received your order, and the second will let you know once your order ships. Your shipping confirmation email will include an order tracking number.

How will SPRINT packages arrive?

Your order will arrive in a bag—or a box if the order is too big to fit inside a bag—with a shipping label that includes our customer service phone number in case you need to reach us.
