Student Empowerment Journals are an easy and effective way to help your students build positive self-talk and growth mindset for the new school year. Commit as little as 5-days to building a journaling habit or dive in for all 40-weeks to build an empowering journaling routine. Varsity Brands built this proactive mental health solution to be flexible, meaningful, and empowering for every student in every school. This program is available free as a public service of the Varsity Brands IMPACT Program. Participants will explore how empowerment journals work and discuss easy management tips for a variety of settings (schools, teams, and student organizations).
