Calling all coaches! Over the last few years, Coach Dragoon has started taking a new approach to captains, leadership and selection. In this webinar, he'll share a new player-driven approach. This more focused approach emphasizes servant leadership development, which has not only improved team communication and camaraderie, but has also freed his leaders of the pressure they often feel in critical moments—on and off the field. Leadership doesn't have to come down to one, two or even three people. Many athletes can exhibit leadership and, in fact, should, depending on the size of your team.
