- 18 seasons of tackle football played (2003 – present): Defensive End & Linebacker (2003 – 2018), Quarterback (2018 – present), and current team is San Diego Rebellion
- Member of the gold medal winning 2010, 2013, and 2017 U.S. Women's Tackle National and named as All World player at the IFAF World Championships all 3 times in attendance (DE, DE, LB)
- Co-founder of San Diego Rebellion, inaugural member of the Women’s National Football Conference (WNFC) (owner/player).
- Been coaching youth football since 2008. First female Head Coach at the high school level in California and first female to be a Head Coach at the varsity level in San Diego.
- Became a USA Football Master Trainer in 2014
- Additional Accomplishments: multiple National Championships with multiple teams and has won Defensive Player of the Year several times
