- Started playing flag football in 2007, mainly coed
- 2008 made the women’s tackle football team Atlanta Xplosion and played with them for one season (due to injury)
- After injury, made the change to a women’s flag football league
- Has been coached by one of the best head coaches and became one of the best flag players
- Started playing tackle football again with the Atlanta Phoenix
- Continues to play tackle and flag football and promote sisterhood
