How will I know my order has been placed?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. This email is your official confirmation and includes essential details, such as order number, items purchased and total cost. If you don’t receive the confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not found, contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

When will my order ship?

Shipping times vary per item ordered. Shipping expectations are displayed in your Shopping Bag, order confirmation pages, and in your order confirmation email.

What is the exchange and return policy?

For all decorated goods, returns, replacements, and credits are processed for damaged or defective merchandise only.

Is there a size chart?

Yes, at the top right of your shop's homepage there is a Size Chart link that will provide sizing information for specific brands.

I missed the order deadline. Can I still place my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept additional orders for your shop after the close date. However, we might be able to offer some of the items through an individual purchase; additional fees may apply. Please email us or call us at 800-749-3813.

How will I know that my order has been placed?
