BSN SPORTS Return Policy
- For all decorated goods, returns/replacements/credits are processed for damaged or defective merchandise only.
- Please note that decorated apparel cannot be returned for sizing issues unless the product is deemed to be defective.
- Decorated apparel is made-to-order.
- Utilize the customer care team for replacement/exchanges before the shop closes - ClubDirectCare@bsnsports.com
- Returns must be requested and authorized by BSN SPORTS within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of return authorization issue date; otherwise, the return will not be eligible for credit. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).
- Freight charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
