Head Coach: Bryn Mawr College
Going on his 5th season as Head Coach at Bryn Mawr College. Brady is a 2x Centennial Conference Coach of the Year award winner. The 2019 campaign was perhaps the best season in program history for the Owls, as Bryn Mawr achieved a 14-4 overall record and earned their ever first berth into the Centennial Conference tournament. The Owls picked up numerous historic wins along the way as well; a 3-2 overtime win on the road over Gettysburg gave Bryn Mawr their first win over the Bullets in program history (the first time any non-racing team at Bryn Mawr has ever defeated Gettysburg). Bryn Mawr also won over Washington College for the first time since 1993, Muhlenberg and Dickinson for the first time since 1996, and McDaniel for the first time since 1999. The Owls built an eight-game winning streak at one point during the campaign, their longest win streak in program history. The team scored their most goals and recorded their most assists in a single season program history as well, with the team ranking top-20 nationally in scoring margin, scoring average, points per game, and goals per game. Over the previous four seasons, Brady has recorded 30 wins. Before Bryn Mawr, he served as an assistant coach at Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts for the 2014 and 2015 seasons. The 2015 Pioneers compiled their most wins in a season since 1993, defeated three NCAA-Tournament participants, and won the program’s first-ever East Coast Athletic Conference Championship while competing against one of the strongest schedules in all of Division III. In addition to his college coaching experience, Brady is heavily involved in USA Field Hockey, club, and camp coaching. He served as a USA Futures Head Coach at two sites in 2016 and coached at the National Futures Championship
