Skillastics® All Abilities

All Abilities Skillastics is an inclusive, game-based physical activity system designed to support students across a wide range of abilities. This structured, easy-to-implement resource helps educators create meaningful movement experiences that promote participation, confidence, and skill development for every student. Organized by functional movement levels rather than diagnoses, All Abilities Skillastics allows instructors to differentiate instruction while maintaining inclusive participation. Students engage at their own pace within a supportive framework, making it ideal for physical education, adapted PE programs, and afterschool settings.

Each complete set includes 40 activity cards featuring 160 activity variations, along with a durable 3' x 3' target, scarves, foam balls, various textured and size beanbags, spider balls, and beanbags targets.
