As coaches we all need a quality support staff and at the High School and even college level this can often be a challenge in many ways. I will present the way that I have gone about building a staff that evolves each year but stays between 6-8 coaches for our women's soccer program, despite the financial and time commitment challenges that we all face when building a coaching staff, and discuss the value in having a large staff for both the head coach, the program itself, and the most importantly the players.
