Head Strength & Conditioning Coach / Assistant Athletic Director Strong Rock Christian School
Since 2014-2015 school year, Coach Jacobi has served as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Strong Rock Christian School; previously he enjoyed over 15 years of coaching at the collegiate level at multiple Universities. He also serves as an Assistant Athletic Director, while formerly being the Physical Education department Chair at Strong Rock. He has worked with over 20 different championship-winning programs during his career. In 2018, Tobias Jacobi was named the 1st NHSSCA National High School Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year. Tobias is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA, Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach Emeritus by the NSCA, Level 1 Certified Coach by TPI, USAW, & USAT&F. He formerly served the NHSSCA Southeast Regional Board Member, while also serving as the Editor of Print & Video Content, Senior Editor of Certification Manual, Author of the NHSSCA Newsletter, and leader of the Qualified High School Strength & Conditioning project. Previously Jacobi also served the NSCA as a State Advisory Board Member in both North Carolina and Georgia. Tobias has presented at State, Regional, and National level events on a multitude of subjects related to Strength & Conditioning.
