Tamika Newman, owner of Grit and Grind Athletics, best-selling author, and award-winning volleyball coach of 14 years at multiple levels. She is a former two sport, Division 1 athlete and Prairie View A&M Hall of Fame 2017 Inductee. Currently she is the Assistant Athletic Director and Head Volleyball Coach at Northland Christian School. She is a mental skills coach who is also certified in speed and agility. Tamika believes strongly in developing the whole student-athlete and is passionate about giving coaches and athletes the tools to win on and off the court.
