Matthew Simons is an author, college head coach, and mental performance adviser dedicated to helping others become the best version of themselves not just during competition, but in all areas of life. His non-traditional career path took root as a burnt out former college athlete that struggled significantly with addiction, suicidal ideations, low self-worth, unresolved trauma, anxiety and fear... he simply did not have the tools to tackle the daily grind of modern life so the B.A.L.A.N.C.E. mental performance strategy was created out of a need to take control back in all aspects of his mindset and create balance in a life that had hit rock bottom.
