- Currently, General Manager of the Washington Prodigy football team in the Women’s National Football Conference (WNFC) which she helped start in 2012. She played offensive guard for four seasons with the Prodigy.
- 2004: started her career playing fullback and linebacker for the Philadelphia Phoenix (NWFA) and the Delaware Griffins (WPFL).
- 2005: Griffins’ Defensive MVP
- 2006: Phoenix Offensive MVP
- 2007: began her six-season career with the DC Divas (WFA) playing linebacker and moved to defensive end after her ACL injury. She was defensive linewoman of the year multiple seasons.
- Member of the 2017 gold medal winning U.S. Women’s Tackle National Team
