Principal at Fort Vannoy Elementary School, Founding Member of The Collective
Jessica Falkenhagen is entering her 22nd year in education. She currently serves as the Principal at Fort Vannoy Elementary School in the Three Rivers School District in Grants Pass, Oregon. Her educational career spans from teaching pre-k through 5th grade, serving as an instructional coach for six years, and three years as a high school assistant principal. Jessica has been a member of the Collective since 2022 when she attended the first Educator Empowerment Summit. She currently assists with the content creation and planning for The Collective’s annual events and resources.
