National Director of College Recruiting at LOVB
Glenna Bianchin was a two-sport All Conference athlete in volleyball and track and field at Marshall University. She began her coaching career as an assistant at Marshall, helping them to two conference championships and their first NCAA tournament appearance. Prior to joining LOVB, she was the recruiting coordinator for CUVC in Charlotte, NC growing the club from 8 to 53 teams along with over 175 athletes (girls and boys) committed to play at the next level over her 7 years with them.
