- Six seasons as a wide receiver with the D.C. Divas, set Divas franchise records in receiving yards (4,053), receptions (217), and receiving touchdowns (64), and was the first player in the history of the Women’s Football Alliance (WFA) to surpass 4,000 receiving yards
- Named the Most Valuable Player of the 2015 WFA national championship game, helped lead the Divas to their first national title in nine years with a 30-26 victory over the Dallas Elite
- Retired after winning a second national title with the D.C. Divas in 2016
- Came out of retirement in 2017 to play for the gold medal winning U.S. Women’s Tackle National Team, caught four touchdown passes over the three games in the tournament, named the Most Valuable Player
- Currently a U.S. National Team Women’s Flag Football player, member of gold winning teams in 2018 and 2021, and is set to compete in the flag football’s first appearance in the World Games this July
- Additional Accomplishments: attended the University of Arizona on a full basketball scholarship, earned MVP recognition, finished her career as the fifth-leading scorer in school history, BA in Psychology, Master of Arts in Education and Human Development in the Field of Special Education for Children with Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities from George Washington University, firefighter and a nine-year veteran of the Alexandria (Virginia) Fire Department, certified Emergency Medical Technician, Driver Pump Operator, Tiller Driver, Hazardous Materials Specialist, Community Outreach Coordinator in the fire department - heading community engagement efforts
