Former D1 Volleyball Coach of Nearly Two Decades
Just completed his second year as Head Coach at Vestavia Hills High School, Alabama, collecting 56 wins and rising to a #3 ranking in 7A volleyball. Prior to Vestavia, Hardee had nearly two decades of coaching experience at the Division I level, including five seasons as Head Coach at the University of North Dakota where he led his team to a 110-42 record, and led UAB Beach to their first-ever conference tournament victory in the Spring of 2018 Spent three seasons as Associate Indoor Head Coach at UAB and one season as the Interim Head Beach Coach Got his start in college volleyball with Mike Jordan at New Mexico State University where he helped recruit 3 All-Americans to NMSU and assisted in leading the Aggies to 5 NCAA tournament appearances.
