Program Director, Coaching HER
Alicia Pelton, MS in Sports Leadership, is the Program Director for Coaching HER at the University of Minnesota’s Tucker Center for Research on Girls & Women in Sport. With over 30 years of experience as a coach, high school athletic director, educator, and business owner, Alicia specializes in turning research into action. Through Coaching HER, she equips coaches and organizations with creative, equity-driven strategies to empower girls to stay in sport and grow as leaders—on and off the field.
