Set includes 14 Olympic grip plates: two 45-lb. plates, two 35-lb. plates, two 25-lb. plates, two 10-lb. plates, four 5-lb. plates, and two 2½-lb. plates. Comes with 700 lb. capacity chrome bar with spring collars. Also, all sets include a 1?"D (28.5mm) x 86?"L (2.2m) Olympic bar made to AAU/WF specifications with 1.96" diameter (50mm) sleeves, plus bronze bushing for smooth rotation. Sets have spring lock collars and Olympic plates with gray acrylic hammertone finish (marked in pounds and kilos). Economy 300 lb. Weight Set is a great choice for your school, rec center, city gym or home facility equipped for weight training.

All sets include:

28.5mm (1.12") diameter grip x 2.2m (86.6") long Olympic bar made to AAU/IWF specifications with 50mm (1.96") diameter sleeves
