Originally founded in late 2018, during a period of record pace growth at BSN SPORTS, there was a clear opportunity to develop a professional group that encourages opportunities for women and appreciates the impact of diversity in the workplace.
Following a welcomed response and desire for similar spaces across Varsity Brands, WERC has now re-launched across each division – BSN SPORTS, Varsity Spirit, and Herff Jones – to engage, empower and connect employees across the platform. All Varsity Brands employees, regardless of gender, are invited to join this professional development group and leverage WERC tools, discussions, and engagement opportunities to fuel their professional growth and enhance their Varsity Brands experience.
